All pupils generally choose to transfer to Farlingaye High School with whom we have close links. There is a programme of induction throughout Year 6, when teachers from Farlingaye High School visit Bawdsey School. All parents are invited to an interview at Bawdsey School by the Co-ordinator of Farlingaye Lower School. The children in Year 6 follow a comprehensive transition programme and visit Farlingaye High School several times during the year. This includes a whole day during the Summer Term. Teachers from Farlingaye also visit Bawdsey to work with the children.
